不同繁殖方法对芳樟醇型樟叶油成分的影响 被引量:7

摘要 通过水蒸气蒸馏从选育的芳樟醇型樟树优良单株及其种子繁殖的实生苗和组培苗的3种叶片提取的精油,利用GC-MS联用仪及GC对精油成分进行定性和定量分析,研究不同繁殖方法对精油成分的影响。试验结果为:选育优株、种子苗和组培苗樟叶油中主成分芳樟醇含量分别为91.84%、70.02%、93.39%,说明用组培繁殖的芳樟醇型樟树可保持亲本的特性,其叶油基本保持原来优株的品质,而用种子繁殖的芳樟醇型樟树叶油成分会发生一定的变异。 In order to study the influences of different propagation methods on essential oil composition,leaf oils were extracted by steam distilling from linalool type Cinnamomum superior individual trees,and seedlings propagated by either seeds or tissue culture.The chemical compositions and their relative contents were quantitatively and qualitatively analyzed by means of GC-MS and GC.The results showed the linalool contents in superior individual trees,seedlings propagated from seeds and seedlings propagated from tissue culture were 91.84%,70.02% and 93.39%,respectively.This indicated that tissue culture can maintain as same as parents' essential oil,but these of the seedlings from seed propagation had some variations.
