摘要 探讨对木塑复合材料(WPC)进行薄木贴面装饰的可行性,并针对贴面过程中工艺方法、胶黏剂的选配、表面胶合强度及各种工艺参数进行了研究.结果表明:采用“中有1396”塑木材料专用胶黏剂(特种胶),基材表面进行除尘、选样、剪切处理之后,在上胶量为l00g/m2、冷压压力0.5~1.0 MPa、时间60 min的条件下制成的贴面装饰板具有可行性. This paper explored the feasibility of producing decorative veneered wood-plastic composites (WPC).The process parameters including the overlaying technique,adhesive type,surface bond strength of the board were studied.The results showed that it was feasible to prepare decorative veneered WPC by using No.1396 adhesive tailored for PWC gluing.The process can be summarized as follows:The board was first subject to surface duct removing,sampling and shearing.The adhesive amount applied was 100 g/m2,which was cured in a cold press under a pressure of 0.5-1.0 MPa for 60 min.
