GDF5单核苷酸多态性与退变性腰椎间盘疾病的相关性 被引量:1

Association between single nucleotide polymorphism of growth differentiate factor 5 and lumbar disc degeneration

摘要 目的探讨生长分化因子5(GDF5)基因rs143383单核苷酸多态性(SNP)与退变性腰椎间盘疾病(LDD)的相关性。方法从272例LDD患者、311例对照人群外周血白细胞中提取基因组DNA,并采用Taqman探针法行SNP分析。结果在显性模型(TT vs.TC/CC)(P=0.041,OR=1.42,95%CI=1.01-1.98)、隐性模型(TT/TC vs.CC)(P=0.031,OR=0.43,95%CI=0.19-0.94)以及女性患者(P=0.023,OR=1.83,95%CI=1.20-2.79)中,SNP位点rs143383与LDD均呈显著相关性(P=0.012,OR=1.43,95%CI=1.08-1.88)。结论 GDF5对LDD的发生发展起着重要的作用。 Objective To investigate the association beween single nucleotide polymorphism (SNF) of growth differentiate factor 5, rs143383, and lumbar disc degeneration (LDD). Methods Genome DNA was extracted from peripheral blood leucocytes in 272 LDD patients and 311 control subjects,and SNP rs143383 was analyzed by Taqman probe method. Results In the dominant model (TT vs. TC/CC) (P=0. 041, OR=1. 42, 95% CI = 1.01-1.98), recessive model (TT/TC vs. CC) (P=0. 031,OR=0. 43,95% CI=0. 19-0.94) and female patients(P=0. 023,OR=1.83,95% CI= 1.20-2.79) ,SNP rs143383 was significantly correlated with LDD(P=0. 012,OR=l. 43,95% CI= 1.08-1.88). Conclusion GDF5 may play an important role in the development and progression of LDD.
