摘要 目的肉眼观察与量化测定评估富血小板血浆(PRP)联合CO2点阵激光用于面部年轻化的临床疗效。方法11例女性面部老化者,左侧面部给予PRP联合CO2点阵激光治疗作为治疗组,右侧面部只给予CO,点阵激光治疗作为对照组。治疗后1个月,采用受治疗者满意度评分及VISIA软件测量,对临床疗效进行综合评定。结果治疗后1个月,求美者面部皱纹明显改善,治疗组与对照组皱纹数分别为10.91±4.48和12.55±5.79,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论PRP联合CO2点阵激光用于面部年轻化的治疗效果更佳。 Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy of platelet rich plasma (PRP) combined with CO2 fractional laser therapy for skin rejuvenation. Methods Eleven Chinese facial ageing female received PRP combined with CO2 fractional laser treatment on left side of their face while the right side only received CO2 fractional laser treatment as a control. One month after the treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated by sub- jective satisfaction scale and professional measurement by VISIA software. Results Facial wrinkle and laxity improved significantly after the treatment. The difference between the experiment group and the control group is significant statistically ( P 〈 0.05 ). Conclusion PRP combined with CO2 fractional laser therapy is a better method for skin rejuvenation than laser treatment alone.
