摘要
为了提升高等教育质量,针对本科院校的新一轮评估已经正式启动。2011年,教育部颁布《教育部关于普通高等学校本科教学评估工作的意见》,完成了对评估体系的目标及类型设计,明确了新一轮评估工作的思路和内容。新一轮评估坚持多元评估和分类评估,探索高校自我评估、院校评估、教学基本状态数据常态监测、专业认证评估及国际评估等方式,其中高校自我评估是整个体系的重要前提和基础。强化高校质量保障主体意识,完善自我评估机制,高校必须在评估理论、参与主体、评估内容及评估方式等关键环节实现转变。
In order to enhance the quality of higher education for undergraduate,a new round of evaluation has been officially launched.In 2011,the Ministry of Education issued The Views of the Ministry of Education on the Evaluation of Undergraduate Teaching.Thus,the objectives and types of evaluation system have been designed,and the new ideas and contents have been determined.The new evaluation has adhered to be diverse and classified,and explored self-evaluation,colleges evaluation,normality monitor based on basic status data of teaching,professional certification,and international assessment,of which self-evaluation is the important prerequisite and foundation.In order to strengthen the body awareness of university,and improve self-evaluation mechanism,the universities must change in theories,participating subjects,contents,methods and other key sectors.
