摘要
从神华煤掺烧对锅炉运行安全性和经济性的影响出发,对掺烧试验过程中出现的锅炉结渣现象和燃用不同煤种时锅炉热效率和氮氧化物排放的变化进行了分析,结果表明:加强对入炉煤质的化验分析的前提下,锅炉可以在掺烧神华煤与准格尔煤时安全运行,而且锅炉热效率与掺烧前相比有一定提高,氮氧化物排放有明显降低。
From the impact of Shenhua coal blending combustion on the safety and economy of boiler operation, the boiler slagging phenomenon in the blending combustion experiment and the changes of boiler thermal efficiency and nitrogen oxides emissions with different burning coal were analyzed. The results show that based on the strengthening laboratory analysis of furnace coal, the boiler can operate in safety blending Shenhua coal and Zhungeer coal, and the boiler thermal efficiency has a certain increase compared with the pre-blending combustion, the nitrogen oxide emissions are significantly reduced.
