摘要
建立SGZ764/400刮板输送机圆环链的有限元模型,以卡链故障状态下的圆环链为研究对象,分析圆环链的速度响应特性和主应力响应特性,得到卡链发生时圆环链的速度和应力变化情况,结合上述理论分析结果提出了相应的改进措施。
This paper established the finite element model of the round-link chain of scraper conveyor, studied the round-link chain of scraper conveyor under chain blocked, analyzed the speed response characteristics and the main stress response characteristics of round-link chain,get the velocity and stress changes of round-link chain under chain blocked, and put forward the corresponding improvement measure according to the result of theoretical calculation.
