摘要
通过分析煤矿机械设备故障诊断的主要原理:振动信号法、运动转速法、温度信号法以及应力应变法,加强对于煤矿设备诊断的了解和认识。并阐述设备诊断系统的主要硬件系统和软件系统,通过实例讨论机械设备的诊断步骤,为煤矿机械系统的检测控制提供参考。
By analyzing the main principle of the coal mining machinery equipment fault diagnosis: vibration signal method, movement speed method, temperature signals method, and a stress-strain law method, we try to strengthen the understanding and knowledge for the diagnosis of coal mining equipment. After that, we describe the major hardware and software systems of diagnostic system and discuss the diagnostic steps of the machinery systems, to provide a reference to the detection and control of coal mine machine.
