摘要
针对应用层次分析法评价病险水库除险加固效果时检验判断矩阵一致性较困难的问题,将判断矩阵的一致性检验问题归结为非线性组合优化问题,在验证判断矩阵一致性的同时确定各评价指标的层次单排序权值,提出了改进的层次分析法即模拟退火层次分析法(SA-AHP)。在房山水库工程的应用结果表明,SA-AHP法计算结果稳定、精度高,应用效果较好。
It is difficult to deal with the consistency problem of judgement matrix when evaluating dangerous reser- voirs reinforcement effect with AHP. This paper converts the consistency test of judgement matrix to nonlinear combina- tional optimization problem. The importance rank value of different factors from different hierarchy can be identified at the same time. Thus, an improved analytic hierarchy process which is based on simulated annealing (SA-AHP) is put forward. Application of Fangshan reservoir shows that SA-AHP has good effect, high precision and reliability.
