双级贯流式水轮机一级叶片轮缘间隙流动的数值模拟 被引量:2

Numerical Simulation of Gap Flow of First-stage Blade for Two-stage Tubular Water Turbine

摘要 基于N—S方程、κ-ε湍流模型和MRF法,在额定工况下对双级贯流式水轮机一级叶片不同的轮缘间隙进行了全流道数值模拟,采用分块网格技术对流道划分网格并对间隙进行加密处理,应用SIMPLEC算法进行近似数值模拟计算,分析了轮缘间隙对水轮机性能、叶片表面流动及间隙流动影响。通过对水轮机间隙流动的定性分析与定量计算,揭示了双级贯流式水轮机一级叶片轮缘间隙内流动规律。 Based on the N-S equation, r-e turbulence model and MRF method, numerical simulation of the whole flow channel was made for different flange gaps of the first blade of two-stage tubular water turbine at rated operating condi- tions. The passage was meshed by block gridding technology and the subdivision of gap was handled. And then the SIM- PLEC algorithm was used to simulate approximately. Finally, we analyzed the influence of the flange gap on water tur- bine performance, flow of blade surface and gap. Based on the qualitative and quantitative analysis of the gap flow of wa- ter turbine, we revealed the flow law of the first blade's flange gap in two-stage tubular water turbine.
