摘要
目的建立临床合理用血和输血后效果评估的信息化管理系统。方法应用计算机信息技术,采用C/S架构模式,使用标准化编程语言c#开发临床合理用血评估与管理系统,并应用于临床考察其效果。结果临床合理用血评估与管理系统具有强大的数据分析功能,能够帮助管理人员对合理用血和输血后效果评估进行管理。结论信息化的临床合理用血评估与管理系统较之传统的输血科(血库)统计,能够更科学、有效地评估和管理临床合理用血,具有较广泛的适用性而且极大提高了输血科人员的工作效率。
Objective To establish an information system （TOP system） to manage clinical blood transfusion and evaluate transfusion effect. Methods The TOP system was developed by using C/S structure and standard programming language C and then was used in the hospitals to observe it＇s performance. Results The TOP system has good ability of data analysis and was very helpful to clinical blood transfusion management and transfusion effect evaluation. Conclusion The TOP system is more scientific and effective in clinical blood transfusion management and transfusion effect evaluation than the traditional statistics method used in transfusion department and can increase the work efficiency greatly. Thus, the TOP system is expected to he widely used in transfusion department in hospitals.
