摘要
目的:研究马尾松松针提取物的体外抗氧化活性。方法:马尾松松针经50%乙醇回流提取,乙酸乙酯、正丁醇萃取,得到乙酸乙酯提取物、正丁醇提取物和水提取物。并利用DPPH和超氧阴离子自由基(O2-·)方法,分别测定了各组分的抗氧化活性。结果:马尾松松针各提取物均具有一定抗氧化活性,且呈现显著的量效关系。其中马尾松松针正丁醇和水提取物清除DPPH·自由基的能力大于还原型谷胱甘肽;马尾松松针乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和水提取物清除O2-·自由基的能力强于氧化型谷胱甘肽,而弱于还原型谷胱甘肽。结论:马尾松松针乙酸乙酯、正丁醇和水提取物是天然抗氧化剂的良好来源,可以进一步分离纯化。
Objective:To investigate the extracorporeal antioxidant activities of the extractives from pinus massoniana needles. Methods:The extractives of ethyl acetate and n- butyl alcohol were obtained by distilling with 50% ethanol, ex- tracted with ethyl acetate and n - butyl alcohol. Meanwhile their antioxidation capacity was measured by DPPH and ( O2^-1· ) methods. Results : The extractives from pinus massoniana needles had obvious antioxidant capacity and showed signifi- cant dose - effect relationship. Scavenging DPPH · activity of extractives extracted by n - butyl alcohol and water were bigger than GSH ; the scavengingO2^-1·activity extracted by ethyl acetate, n - butyl alcohol and water were bigger than GSSG and smaller than GSH. Conclusion : The extractives extracted by ethyl acetate, n - butyl alcohol and water are a kind of good natural antioxidants source, and they should be worthy of separating and purifying further.
