正交试验法优选都梁凝胶贴剂的提取工艺 被引量:1

Optimal Extraction Process of DuLiang Gel Patches by Orthogonal Experimental Design

摘要 采用超声法优选都梁凝胶贴剂中白芷、川芎药对的最佳提取工艺。按照L9(34)正交试验设计,以欧前胡素、阿魏酸的转移率及干浸膏得率为综合评价指标,用高效液相色谱法进行含量测定。结果表明,都梁凝胶贴剂中白芷、川芎药对的最佳超声提取工艺为:8倍量的80%乙醇提取2次,每次超声40min;此时浸膏中欧前胡素的平均含量为0.1379%,阿魏酸的平均含量为0.1410%。本实验所建立的高效液相色谱法的准确度、精密度与重现性良好;提取工艺简便,合理。 The extraction process of Angelica dahurica(Fisch, ex Hoffm. )Benth. et Hook. f. and Ligusticum chuanwiong Hort. was optimized by the ultrasonic extraction technology in the DuLiang gel patches. Based on L9 (34) orthogonal exper!mental design with HPLC for content determination, the transfer rate of imperatorin and ferulic acid, dry extract yield were regarded as a comprehensive evaluation index to achieve the purpose. The results indicated that the optimal extraction process was obtained as follows. 8 times the amount of 80% ethanol under ultrasound for 2 times,40min each ;the average content of the imperatorin and ferulic acid were 0. 1379% and 0. 1410% respectively. The accuracy, precision and reproducibility of the experiment built by HPLC are good; the method to optimize the extraction process is simple and reasonable.
