摘要
对X射线荧光光谱熔融法测定土壤样品中的镁含量的不确定度进行了评定。通过对试验过程的分析,测量结果的不确定度的来源有以下几个方面,仪器的综和稳定性,制样,标准物质,校准曲线回归分析,重复测量。在得到各不确定度分量后,通过合成得到测量结果的标准不确定度,再乘以扩展因子2(95%置信概率),得到测量结果的扩展不确定度。
The uncertainty of the determination of magnesium content in the soil samples by X ray fluorescence melting method was evaluated. By the analysis of the experiment process. The measurement uncertainty sources are consisted of instrument's comprehensive stability, preparation sample, standard substance,adjusting curve's regression analysis, repeating measurementing. When the all components of uncertainty are measured, the uncertainty of the measurement result is combined. The uncertainty of measurement result and the expansion factor 2(95 % confidence) multiply to make the expanded uncertainty of measurement results.
