摘要
目的分析单剂抗菌治疗与10d疗法对儿童单纯性尿路感染(UTI)的治疗效果,为儿童单纯性尿路感染的临床治疗提供参考。方法对医院2010年6月-2012年6月收治的117例单纯性尿路感染患儿的临床资料进行回顾性分析,根据治疗方法将其分为单剂治疗组52例和10d疗法组65例,在治疗4、11d两个时间点观察治疗结果。结果单剂治疗组中,治疗4d后尿细菌培养阳性患者38例,阳性率73.08%;10d疗法组中,治疗4d尿细菌培养阳性患儿47例,阳性率72.31%,两组治疗效果差异无统计学意义;治疗11d后,单剂治疗组与10d疗法组尿细菌培养阳性率分别为69.23%、58.45%,两组治疗效果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);单剂治疗组与10d疗法组药物不良反应发生率及复发率分别为7.69%、15.38%及15.38%、3.08%。结论对于儿童尿路感染的治疗,10d疗法治疗效率较高,复发率低,适用儿童尿路感染患儿或是选用单剂抗菌治疗无效的儿童尿路感染患儿临床选用。
OBJECTIVE To study the therapeutic effect of single-dose antibacterial therapy and 10-day therapy onchildren with simple urinary tract infections and provide reference for the clinical treatment of the children withsimple urinary tract infections, METHODS A retrospective analysis of the clinical data of 117 children with simpleurinary tract infections enrolled from Jun 2010 to Jun 2012 in the hospital was performed. Patients were dividedinto two groups: single-dose therapy group (52 cases) and 10-day therapy group (65 cases) according to the thera-py method. The therapeutic outcomes were observed at two time points: 4d and lid. RESULTS There were 38 cases with positive results of urinary bacterial culture on the 4th day after treatment in the single-dose therapygroup,with a positive rate of 73. 08% ; there were 47 cases with positive results of urinary bacterial culture on the4th day after treatment in the lOd therapy group, with a positive rate of 72. 31%,showing no significant difference between the two groups; on the 11th day after treatment, the positive rates of urinary bacterial culture in thesingle-dose therapy group and 10-day therapy group were 69. 23% and 58. 45% respectively, showing significantdifference between the two groups (P〈C0. 05). The incidence and recurrence rates of adverse drug reaction of chil-dren in the single-dose therapy group and 10-day therapy group were 7. 69%,15. 38% and 15. 38%,3. 08% respectively. CONCLUSION The 10-day therapy has a higher efficiency and lower recurrence rate than those of thesingle-dose therapy for children with urinary tract infections; so it is suitable for the clinical applications for thechildren with urinary tract infections or the children who are ineffective to single-dose antibacterial therapy.
