摘要
以红托竹荪为原料,用热水浸提法提取其多糖。在单因素实验基础上,采用响应曲面法对提取工艺进行优化,最后通过Box-Behnken设计建立了热水浸提红托竹荪多糖的二次多项式模型,并得到了优化提取工艺条件为:浸提时间3.5h,浸提温度75℃,料液比1∶31,提取次数2次,经验证实验红托竹荪多糖的提取得率为12.05%。
Dictyophora rubrovo/vata as row materiat was used for extraction polysaccharide with hot water. Single factor test based on the response surface methodology to optimize the extraction process. A quadratic polynomial model relating the influencing factors and the yield were established through the Box-Behnken design,and the optimal conditions were:3.5h of extraction time,75℃ of extraction temperature, 1:31 of ratio of material to liquid,and extraction times 2. The yield of 12.05% was obtained by the verification experiment.
