摘要
对一种复合磷酸铝无机粘结剂及射芯+吹热空气硬化+模具加热硬化制芯工艺进行了试验研究和生产试验。结果表明,该工艺效果良好,不但清洁了环境,减少了污染,而且其砂芯质量、生产率及综合成本均可满足汽车铸铁件的制芯要求。
An inorganic A1 phosphate binder was studied,and production test ofcore-making process including core shooting,hot air hardening and mold heating was carried out.The results show that the effect of the process was very good,it not only cleared the environment and decreased the pollution,but also the quality of the sand core,productivity,and comprehensive cost could meet the core-making requirement of the iron casting for auto.
