摘要
近十多年来,我国特殊教育师资培养取得了一定进步,体现为相关政策法规的逐步完善,开设特殊教育专业的高校逐年增多,社会各界日益重视等方面。但高层次、高素质的特殊教育师资仍然紧缺,需要相关高校从理念渗透、完善人才培养方案、构建实践创新平台、出台激励措施等方面加以改革,以提升特殊教育的区域影响力。
In the past decade, China's special education teacher training has made some progress, which are reflected in the gradual improvement of relevant policies and regulations, the increase of the numbers of colleges and universities, and in the increasing emphasis from society. However, the high-level, high-quality special education teaching staff are still scarce, which means relevant universities need to permeate the concept, improve personnel training programs, build practical innovation platform, take encourage measures, so as to enhance the regional influ- ence of special education
