摘要
针对爪极发电机漏磁大,影响电机效率问题,利用Ansoft软件的Rxmprt和Maxwell 3D模块,建立了一台爪极发电机的三维有限元瞬态仿真模型。通过在三维模型中添加漏磁分析辅助面的方法,分析了电机漏磁分布的规律。在空载、恒定励磁条件下,分析了气隙大小对电机漏磁影响。探究了一种新型的混合励磁爪极同步发电机的漏磁分布情况,并与电励磁爪极电机的漏磁系数进行了对比分析,验证了混合励磁爪极电机在漏磁和效率上的优越性。
Aiming at the problem of leakage affecting the efficiency of a claw-pole generator, a three-dimensional (3D) finite element transient simulation model of the claw-pole generator was set up using the Rxmprt and Maxwell 3D of software Ansoft. The distribution rules of leakage flux were analyzed by adding aided surfaces in the 3D model. In the conditions of no load and constant excitation,the rules between the leakage flux and gap size were analyzed. At the same time, the distribution rules of magnetic flux leakage on a new hybrid excitation claw-pole generator were explored and compared with the electric excitation claw-pole generator, and the superiority of the hybrid excitation claw-pole generator in leakage flux and efficiency was validated.
