日粮锌源与添加水平对冬毛期母貂体重和养分消化代谢的影响 被引量:2

Effects of Zinc Resources and Levels in Ration on Body Weight and Digestibility and Metabolism of Nutrients of Female Mink in Furring Period

摘要 本试验旨在研究不同锌源与水平对冬毛期母貂体重、养分消化率及氮代谢的影响。选择84只母貂作为试验动物,随机分为7组,每组12只,日粮中分别添加蛋氨酸螯合锌0mg/kg(A组)、15mg/kg(B组)、30mg/kg(C组)、45mg/kg(D组)、60mg/kg(E组)、75mg/kg(F组)和硫酸锌60mg/kg(G组)。结果表明,E组与G组母貂的体重、养分消化率和氮平衡没有显著差异(P>0.05),但B组脂肪消化率显著高于G组;E组母貂的体重(160d)和平均日增重最高,显著高于D组(P<0.05);D组母貂蛋白质消化率最高,与C组差异显著(P<0.05);B组母貂脂肪消化率显著地高于其他各水平组(P<0.05)。由此得出:冬毛期母貂日粮中添加蛋氨酸锌能促进水貂体重增加和养分利用。 This study was conducted to evaluate the effects of different sources and levels of zinc on body weight ,nutrient digestibility and nitro-gen balance of female mink in furring period .Eighty four female minks were randomly allocated into 7 groups ,each with 12 replicates .The diets were supplemented with zinc methionine at levels of 0mg/kg(group A) ,15mg/kg(group B) ,30mg/kg(group C) ,45mg/kg(group D) ,60mg/kg (group E) ,75mg/kg(group F) and with Zinc sulfate at the level of 60mg/kg(group G) ,respectively .The results showed that ,there were no significant difference between group E and group G on body weight ,nutrient digestibility and nitrogen balance of female mink ( P〉0.05 ) ,but fat digestibility was significantly higher than that of group G .Body weight(160d) and average daily gain of group E were the highest ,significant-ly higher than that of group D ( P〈0.05 ) .Protein digestibility of group D was the highest ,markedly higher than that of group C ( P〈0.05 ) .Fat digestibility of group B was evidently higher ( P〈0.05 ) than those of other groups having different Zinc levels ( P〈0.05 ) .In conclusion ,body weight and digestibility could be improved by using zinc methionine in diet for female minks in furring period .
