摘要
通过对Ni2+-CO23--OH--H2O体系的热力学分析,拟出该体系中的lg[Ni2+]~pH关系图。并以碳酸钠为沉淀剂,在镍离子浓度为50g/L,进料速度为500mL/h,Na2CO3的浓度为120g/L,反应温度55℃,pH=8.30,搅拌强度为500r/min,停留时间25~30h的条件下能够制得高纯碱式碳酸镍。
By means of thermodynamic analyzing to Ni2+-CO23--OH--H2O system, a lg[Ni2+]~pH graph in this system was obtained. With sodium carbonate act as the precipitating agent, in the condition of nickel ion concentration of 50 g/L, charging velocity of 500 mL/h, the concentrating of sodium carbonate of 120 g/L, reaction temperature of 55 ℃, pH value of 8.30, agitating intensity of 500 r/min and residence time of 25 - 30 hours, can prepare high pure basic nickel carbonate.
