基于微结构模型的开孔泡沫橡胶力学性能分析 被引量:2

摘要 利用开孔Gibson-Ashby力学模型和不可压橡胶类材料应变能函数,分别研究了开孔泡沫橡胶泡孔结构和基体材料对其力学行为的影响。通过对两种影响因子的叠加分析,推导出了开孔泡沫橡胶的超弹性本构关系。基于开孔泡沫橡胶材料的单轴压缩实验结果,拟合确定了本构关系的参数,模型预测结果与实验结果吻合较好。 Effect of matrix material and cell structure of open-cell foam rubber on the medchanical behavior is analysed by Gibson-Ashby model and the strain energy function of incompressible rubber-like material.The constitutive relation of open-cell foam rubber is established by the overlay analysis of the two impact factors.The constitutive data for the new model is fitted and the uniaxial compression experiment is utilized to prove the feasibility of the constitutive equation produced in this paper.The model is in good agreement with the experimental results.
