基于三维有限元的E形分块定子开关磁阻电机的电感计算

Calculation of Inductances for Switched Reluctance Motor With E-shaped Segmental Stators Based on Three dimensional Finite Element

摘要 基于棱边有限元法建立了E形分块定子SRM的三维有限元模型,计算了E形分块定子SRM绕组自感,以及相内线圈互感和相间绕组互感,并与普通SRM进行了对比分析。由仿真结果可知,对于三相6/4结构E形分块定子SRM相内线圈互感相对线圈的自感小于1%,相邻定子块上两线圈的互感最大值在0°转子位置角,相对线圈的自感比重在4.6%内。对比普通SRM,E形分块定子SRM线圈互感非常小,表明各个定子齿块间的磁路隔离性强。 Three dimensional model of switched reluctance motor with E-shaped segmental stators was established using edge finite method, self inductances and mutual inductances of windings were calculated, and comparied with conventional switched reluctance motor. The simulation results showed that the ratio of mutual-inductance of the coils in one phase to self-inductance is less than 1% for three-phase 6/4 switched reluctance motor with E-shaped segmental stators. Besides, the maximum coil mutual-inductance of adjacent stators is at 0°rotor position and less 4. 6% of the self tual inductance of switched reluctance motor with E- the strong magnetic separation between stator teeth.
