Survivin基因与肿瘤的研究进展

摘要 Survivin是细胞内凋亡抑制蛋白家族的一个新成员，与肿瘤的发生发展密切相关。它在人类正常分化成熟的组织中未检测到，但是在许多肿瘤中存在过表达现象，被认为是恶性肿瘤的一个标志物。同时，Survivin基因启动子多态性与肿瘤发病风险和遗传易感性密切相关，可以为进一步揭示肿瘤的发病风险与基因多态性的相关性，为肿瘤基因诊断和预防提供线索。 Survivin is an apoptosis inhibitor and plays an important role in the development and progression of cancer. It is undetectable in normal adult tissues,but has been showed to be overexpressed in various cancers and has been regarded as a marker of malignancy.And the promoter polymorphism of Survivin gene is closely related to risk of cancer and gene susceptibility, this might provide clues for further elucidation of the correlation of risk of cancer and genetic polymorphism,and for diagnosis,prevention and screening of cancer gene.
