痤疮的发病机制研究进展 被引量:35

摘要 痤疮是由于毛囊及皮脂腺阻塞引发的一种慢性炎症性皮肤病,是美容皮肤科最常见病种之一.痤疮的发病一般认为与内分泌因素(特别是雄性激素)、毛囊皮脂腺导管角化异常、微生物感染、饮食、情绪、某些化学因子及药物等有关,但具体发病机制并不明确.现对痤疮的发病机制研究进展作一综述. 1 免疫反应 免疫学进展,深入揭示了痤疮的发病机理.痤疮病灶存在着多种病原或非病原微生物,机体细胞免疫的固有免疫模式识别受体能够识别这些微生物,特别是其中的痤疮丙酸杆菌,进而引起机体的免疫反应.
