摘要
中国石油大学(北京)实验办公综合楼结构复杂、施工场地狭小、管线碰撞问题明显。通过应用BIM技术三维建模来对二维图纸进行侦错,优化塔式起重机和场地物流方案、进行机电综合管网深化设计、提高项目沟通水平和快速算量等技术,提高了施工的技术水平和总承包管理能力,提高了工作效率,节约了施工成本。
China University of Petroleum (Beijing) Laboratory & Office General Building project encounters a series of problems, such as complex structure, narrow construction site and crossed pipeline, etc. BIM technology is used to establish tridimentional model and to detect errors on plane drawing Construction technique and general contract management capacity are improved, working efficiency is increased and construction cost is saved errors on plane drawings, site, in-depth design of through application of BIM technology to establish tridimentional model and to detect optimum distribution and transportation of electromechanical general pipe network, tower crane and materials on construction improvement of communication and fast calculation, etc.
