灰树花多糖对高血压大鼠的血压及心脏、肾脏超微结构的影响 被引量:7

摘要 目的观察灰树花多糖对高血压大鼠的血压及其心脏、肾脏的组织学结构、超微结构的影响。方法采用高盐饮食致高血压大鼠模型,设对照组、硝苯地平组、模型组、灰树花多糖低、中、高剂量组,每周检测两次血压,给药4 w后灌注取材,HE染色观察心脏、肾脏组织学结构的变化,电子透射显微镜观察心脏、肾脏超微结构的变化。结果灰树花多糖低、中、高组血压均较对照组有显著的下降(P<0.01),较硝苯地平组变化无显著差异(P>0.05);灰树花多糖组较模型组心脏、肾脏损害减轻较明显。结论低、中、高剂量的灰树花多糖均有降血压的作用且对高血压导致的心脏、肾脏损害有一定的保护作用。
