摘要 柴油机车辆在低温环境下采暖性能不佳有多方面影响因素,对某轻型客车采暖系统做匹配计算,分析某轻型客车冷起动性能、暖风系统结构来研究其暖风性能较差的原因。利用AMESim软件对该车暖风系统进行建模仿真,通过低温环境下暖风需求热量理论计算与仿真结果比较分析,提出合理可提高其暖风效果的方案。 The poor heater performance of diesel vehicles has many influencing factors in low temperature. The energy of heater system in light bus was matched. It concretely analyze cold starting performance of diesel engine and the heater system structure to research on a lighl bus's poor heater performance. Heating system was set up and simulated using AMEsim software, Ihrough comparing the theoretical calculation in the heating required energy with sinlulalion results, and put forward ,:he reasonable schemes to improve the effect of the heater system.
