摘要
接受美学给翻译研究带来了深刻的思想革命,肯定了译语读者在翻译中的重要地位。《围城》英译本之所以好评如潮,是因为在翻译过程中,译者发挥了主观能动作用,灵活采取翻译方法对译语读者进行关照。一方面,译者迁就译语读者现有的阅读习惯和接受水平,关注了译文读者的语言习惯、文化心理以及认知心理,满足读者的期待视野;另一方面,译者向读者输入异语文化成分,提高读者的认知能力,开拓读者的接受视野。
Attention should be paid to the subjectivity of TL readers in literary translation practice because of the enlightenment of Reception of Aesthetics.The paper argues that the reason why the English version of Fortress besieged has been highly welcomed is that the translators flexibly adopted different translation methods to take TL readers into consideration.On the one hand,the translators catered to readers’ reading habit and reception ability and satisfied their expectation horizon.On the other hand,the translators input different language culture to the readers,improved their cognitive ability and broadened their expectation horizon.
