摘要
针对南通宝钢420 m3高炉原料质量劣化,大量高Al2O3矿进入高炉造成炉渣中Al2O3含量高的问题,通过对炉渣的性能进行分析,及时调整高炉操作制度,改善炉渣性能,加强炉前管理等措施,确保了高炉在高Al2O3炉渣冶炼条件下的稳定顺行,提高了操作技能和操作水平。
Aiming at the problem of material quality degradation and high Al2O3 content in slag after a big amount of high Al2O3 ore enters BF at Nantong Bao-steel 420 m^3 BF, the properties of slag are analyzed. Measures are taken such as adjusting BF operation system, improving slag property and enhancing casting floor management to ensure the blast furnace can run smoothly and stably under the conditions of high A1203 content slag and to improve operation skills and level.
