摘要
壳聚糖是甲壳素脱乙酰化的天然聚合物,有着良好的生物学特性。概述了壳聚糖化学改性的研究进展,讨论了酰基化、烷基化、羧烷基化、酯化、醚化、季铵盐化、交联和接枝共聚等化学改性方法,并简要介绍了改性壳聚糖在医药、食品、环保、农业、化工等领域的应用。
Chitosan is a natural polymer produced by chitin acetylation,coming with a good biological characteristics. The article outlined the development of the chitosan chemical modification and discussed acylation,alkylation, carboxy alky- lation, esterification, etherification, quaternization, crossing linking and graft eopolymerization and other chemical modifi- cation methods. The application of the modified chitosan has introduced briefly in medicine, food, environmental protec- tion, agriculture, chemical industry and other fields.
