雷电冲击耐压过程中GIS局部放电特高频检测有效性研究 被引量:9

摘要 笔者对气体绝缘金属封闭式开关设备(GIS)在雷电冲击耐压过程中局部放电特高频检测有效性进行了试验研究。1号UHF传感器检测冲击电压发生器及其周围空间中的电磁波信号作为参考信号,2号UHF传感器检测GIS盆式绝缘子辐射出来的电磁波信号。通过对比两个传感器检测波形,可以明显分辨出干扰信号与GIS内部的局部放电信号。当GIS内部存在局部放电时,2号UHF传感器检测到的脉冲信号存在3个明显的脉冲族群,且各脉冲族群脉冲信号幅值、疏密及分布规律不同。局放信号出现在脉冲信号起始4μs之后,持续时间较长,约5μs左右。试验结果表明,采用UHF法进行雷电冲击耐压过程中的局部放电信号检测有效可靠。 The effectiveness of detecting GIS partial discharge (PD) via ultra-high frequency (UHF) signal in lightning impulse process was investigated experimentally. In this scheme, No.1 UHF sensor detected the electromagnetic wave signal around the impulse voltage generator for the reference signal; No.2 UHF sensor detected the signal radiating from the basin-type insulator. The results show that:①By comparing the waveforms from the two sensors, PD signal can be distinguished from the interference signal; ②When PD happens in GIS, the signal from No.2 UHF sensor exhibits three pulse groups with different signal amplitude, density and distribution; ③PD signal appears at 4 μs after PD pulse starting, and it continues for about 5μs. Conclusion can be drawn that the UHF method is effective and reliable for GIS PD detection in lightning impulse process.
