摘要
笔者采用压阻式压力传感器和光纤压力传感器对252 kV压气式断路器空载和10 kA开断电流条件下灭弧室内的暂态气压进行了测量,得到了灭弧室内压气缸、喷口上游、喷口喉部、喷口下游4个测点的暂态气压,并对试验方法和测试系统进行了介绍。试验证明,压阻式压力传感器和光纤压力传感器均可以有效测量断路器灭弧室的暂态气压,导压管长度对测量结果的影响不容忽视。
The transient pressure in arcing chamber of 252 kV puffer circuit breaker is measured by piezoresistive pressure sensors and fibre optical pressure sensors under the conditions of no-load and 10 kA heavy current interruption. The transient pressure at four measuring positions, including the cylinder, the upstream and downstream sides of nozzle, and the nozzle throat, is obtained. The measurement method and system are introduced. The results show that both piezoresistive pressure sensor and fibre optical pressure sensor can be used to measure the transient pressure in arcing chamber effectively, and the effect of the length of pitot tubes on measurement cannot be neglected.
