摘要
介绍了隔离开关外压板簧触头结构与内拉弹簧触头结构的特点和优劣,重点论述了外压板簧型触头在设计中的若干问题。外压板簧型触头的设计要点在于对触指接触压力的计算,同时文中给出了触指的动稳定性校验公式、短时触点温升计算式和触头软化时的电压降的计算式,在设计触头结构时均能够起到参考的作用。
Two structures of externally-compressed plate spring type contact and internally-pulled spring contact of the disconnector are discussed in terms of their features, advantages and disadvantages, giving emphasis to several issues in the design of plate spring contact. Calculation of touching pressure of contact fingers is the pivot in the design of externally-compressed plate spring type contact. The formulas for calibrating the electrical peak capability of the contact fingers, as well as for calculating the short-time temperature rise of the contact and the voltage drop due to contact softening, are presented. This study may offer a reference to design of contact structure for a disconnector.
