摘要
笔者介绍了GIS 126 kV用三相盆式绝缘子的一种放电现象。笔者对击穿零件采用了X射线探伤等不同的检测方法,用Ansoft软件建模进行了电场计算,分析出击穿是因为盆式绝缘子内部存在金属杂质。同时根据盆式绝缘子生产的工艺特点,笔者提出了优化设计、改进模具结构等防范措施,以防止盆式绝缘子浇注过程中金属杂质的产生。
A kind of flashover on support insulator of a 126 kV GIS is introduced. The support insulator that suffered flashover is analyzed with different detection or testing methods, such as X-ray detection, and its electric field is modeled and calculated by using the software Ansoft. The results show that the metal impurities in the insulator cause the flashover. Consequently, some measures for preventing the metal impurities are suggested in terms of optimizing insulator design and modifying mold structure according to the characteristics of production processe of the support insulators.
