摘要
摩阻和扭矩是制约长水平段水平井施工的主要因素,井眼轨迹优化是设计阶段是减小钻具摩阻和扭矩的有效方法之一。通过对轨迹类型、靶前位移、造斜率等关键参数的优选,完成了DP31H井轨迹设计。通过良好的井眼轨迹控制措施、摩阻扭矩跟踪分析技术、钻头和钻井液体系优选,优质高效完成了DP31H井施工,完钻水平位移2 122.30 m,水平段长度1 698.72 m,创大牛地气田长水平段水平井水平位移最大、水平段长度最长纪录,为大牛地气田长水平段水平井钻井积累了宝贵的经验。
The main restrictive factors of drilling long horizontal- section well are friction drag and torque,optimizing design wellbore trajectory is the most effective method to reduce drag and torque during design. Wellbore trajectory design of DP31H well was finished by mean of optimal selection of trajectory types,target displacement and build- up rate etc. parameters. DP31H well has been completed excellently by using good well trajectory control measures,drag and torque tracking analysis technique, optimizing bit and the drilling fluid system,drilled horizontal displacement 2122. 30m, horizontal length1698. 72m,the record of maximum horizontal displacement and longest horizontal length was got in Daniudi gas field. It accumulated good experience for drilling long horizontal- section well in Daniudi gas field.
