摘要
采用反相乳液聚合法,以有机物Q和P为原料,白油为分散介质,Span-80和Tween-80为复合乳化剂,合成二元共聚降失水剂FPQ-1。通过傅里叶红外光谱对FPQ-1的结构进行了表征,并研究了单体配比、引发剂加量和乳化剂加量对FPQ-1降失水性能的影响,当Q和P的摩尔比为2∶3,引发剂加量为1.0%,乳化剂占乳液的质量分数为8%时,合成的降失水剂FPQ-1具有优良的降失水性能。对加有降失水剂FPQ-1的水泥浆进行了全面的性能评价,结果表明,当FPQ-1掺量为1.5%时即可把滤失水量控制在20 mL以下;在压力为39.6 MPa,温度为60℃,FPQ-1掺量为1.5%的条件下,水泥浆稠化曲线具有"直角稠化"特点,满足现场固井施工要求;且FPQ-1具有较好的耐温耐盐性,与分散剂FASA、缓凝剂MAM的配伍性良好。
A fluid- loss additive FPQ- 1 was synthesized by inverse emulsion polymerization using organics Q and P as base material,white oil as dispersed medium,Span- 80 and Tween- 80 as compound emulsifier. The structure of FPQ- 1was represented by the Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT- IR),the effect of ratio of monomer,dosage of initiator and emulsifier on API filtration was discussed,and fluid- loss additive FPQ- 1 had good fluid loss performance at synthesizing conditions as follows: n( Q) ∶ n( P) = 2 ∶ 3,dosage of initiator was 1. 0% and dosage of emulsifier was 8%. The performance of slurry that mixed FPQ- 1 was systematically evaluated. The results showed that: API filtration could be controlled within 20mL when FPQ- 1 addition amount was 1. 5%; when FPQ- 1addition amount was 1. 5%,pressure was 39. 6 MPa and temperature was 60 ℃,the thickening curve of slurry presented the characteristic of right angle thickening,FPQ- 1 not only has good resistance to high temperature and salt but also has good compatibility with dispersant and retarder,it showed the slurry could meet the cementing requirement.
