摘要
对辽宁杨化学机械浆长纤维组分进行改性处理,以改善成纸的物理性能和光学性能。以碱性过氧化氢为改性剂,采用正交试验法对改性条件进行探讨,并通过电镜观察改性对纤维表面状况的影响。实验结果表明,最佳改性条件为NaOH用量2.5%,H2O2用量4%,反应温度75℃,反应时间50min。处理后长纤维柔软性、润胀性、亲水性均有所增加;纤维表面产生了大量的亲水性基团羧基;将改性后长纤维按比例重新加到原浆中,成纸的强度比对所有组分进行改性得到的浆料有很大程度的提高,其中抗张指数由32.5N.m/g升高至39.6N.m/g,撕裂指数也从3.28mN.m2/g增加到3.48mN.m2/g。
Long fiber component of Liaoning poplar CMP is modified by alkaline peroxide (AP) to improve the paper physical optical performance in this paper. The orthogonal test showed the optimum condition as 2.5% NaOH, 4% H202, 75 ℃, 50 min. The softness, length, swelling properties and hydrophilicity are improved and hydrophilic carboxyl was generated on the surface of fiber after modification. The better performance in tear index and tensile index was obtained compared with holo-pulp to some extent, in which the tensile index was increased from 32.5 N· m/g to 39.6 N · m/g, the tear index was increases from 3.28 mN·m2/g to 3.48 mN· m2/g.
