摘要
广东大唐国际潮州发电公司2台1 000 MW机组变频凝结水泵电机自机组试运投产以来,振动严重超标,无法满足生产要求。分析振动原因,判断变频凝结水泵系统存在结构共振,采用电机加固、现场整体动平衡校正等措施后,取得良好效果。
Since being put into operation, vibration of electrical machines of frequency conversion pumps of two 1 000 MW units of Guangdong Datang International Power Generating Company are seriously exceeding standards that can not meet production requirements. This paper analyzes vibration reasons and considers there is a problem of structural resonance of (requency conversion condensate pump system. It suggests to take measures such as reinforcing the electrical machine and correcting field integrated dynamic balance.
