摘要
随着北部湾经济的大力发展,北海港成为我国同东盟进行对外贸易的重要港口。北海港贸易运输安全是海洋经济安全的基础,海上搜救是国家公共应急管理的重要组成部分。搜救工作的顺利开展,搜救成功率及突发事件的应急处置能力的提高,是人民群众生命财产安全、北海海洋经济持续发展的保障。
Along with the Beibu Bay economic opening zone development, the Beihai port has become an important port of China＇s foreign trade with asean. The security of transportation and trade is the foundation of marine economy development. Maritime search and rescue emergency is a significant part which is the national public emergency management. Increasing the success rate of marine search and rescue is the base for the life and poverty security of the people and the sustain- able development of marine economy in Beihai.
