门冬胰岛素30联合阿卡波糖治疗口服药物失效的老年2型糖尿病效果观察 被引量:5

摘要 目的探讨门冬胰岛素30联合阿卡波糖治疗口服药物失效的老年2型糖尿病的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的98例口服药物失效的老年2型糖尿病患者,随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组患者给予门冬胰岛素30联合阿卡波糖治疗,对照组患者每天早、晚餐前皮下注射精蛋白生物合成人胰岛素(预混30R),比较两组患者治疗前后空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)含量和胰岛素用量。结果治疗后治疗组的空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖、HbA1c含量及胰岛素用量均显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论门冬胰岛素30联合阿卡波糖治疗口服药物失效的老年2型糖尿病患者,能显著降低患者的空腹血糖和餐后2 h血糖,临床效果显著。 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of insulin aspart 30 combined acarbose in treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes with oral drug failure. Methods 98 cases of elderly type 2 diabetes patients with oral drug failure were chosen,they were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group was taken with insulin aspart 30 combined with acarbose treatment,and the patients of control group were given with subcutaneous protamine biosynthetic human premixed insulin (3OR) in every day before breakfast and dinner.The content of fasting blood glucose content,2-hour post-meal blood glucose,HbAlc and the dosage of insulin of the two groups were com- pared. Results After the treatment,fasting blood glucose,2-hour post-meal blood glucose,HbAlc and the dosage of in- sulin were all significantly lower than that of the control group (P〈0.05). Conclusion Insulin aspart 30 combined with acarbose in the treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes patients with oral drug failure,can significantly reduce fasting glu- cose and 2-hour post-meal blood glucose,and the clinical effect is significant.
