摘要
旅游业已经成为汕头第三产业的重要支柱,但发展环境的变化使其面临着严峻考验。旅游业和电子商务的融合给汕头带来了新的机遇。汕头是国家电子商务示范城市,发展旅游电子商务具备得天独厚的条件,旅游电子商务的发展主要体现在网站建设上。采用内容分析法,从设计、营销和技术层面对汕头旅游网站进行评测,结果表明,营销机能和技术支持不足是影响旅游电子商务网站质量的主要因素。汕头旅游电子商务整体水平还较低,旅游业还没有从更深层次上发挥网站功能。鉴于此,在建设电子商务网站时应该加强品牌塑造和宣传、服务顾客、完善电子商务功能和优化网站等。
Tourism has become the main part in Shantou tertiary industry, but facing the severe challenge for its further development. Integration of tourism and e-commerce has brought new opportunities. Tourism e-commerce development is mainly reflected in the construction of websites. By using content analysis method, this paper evaluates Shantou tourism websites from the aspects of design, marketing and technology. The results show that the lack of marketing function and technical support is a major factor affecting the quality of tourism e-commerce website. The tourism websites of Shantou is few and the overall quality is low. On this basis, some suggestions are given on brand building and promotion, customer service, functional improvement of e- commerce and website optimization.
