摘要
建立了高速凸轮机构的动力学模型,并简化为单自由度动力学模型。求得该模型的动力学方程,推算出凸轮轮廓线设计方程,进而实现了高速凸轮的动态设计。利用该高速凸轮的动态设计方程对一个实例进行仿真设计,得出了凸轮轮廓设计曲线。仿真结果表明:得到的高次多项式曲线光滑而无冲击,满足凸轮高速运转时的动力学特性要求。
The dynamic modeling of cam mechanism is established, and the dynamic modeling of cam mechanisms is simplified into a single-free-degree dynamic modeling. The dynamic equation of this modeling is derived to calculate the design equation of the cam contour, which is used to construct a simulation design for a case study, so as to form the required curve.
