摘要
随着科技水平的提高,电气控制系统应用越来越广泛。文中从电气控制系统在采煤机方面的应用入手,阐述电气控制系统应用的广泛性及重要性,重点介绍了采煤机控制系统结构特点、特殊要求以及抗干扰技术,并介绍一种基于PLC的新型交流电牵引采煤机电气控制系统,即交流电牵引采煤机。
With the improvement of science and technology, electrical control system is applied more and more widely. In this paper, starting from the application of electric control system in coal mining machine, the electric control system of the universality and importance, it mainly introduces the characteristics, system structure of coal mining machine control requirements and anti-jamming technology, and introduces a programmable logic controller（PLC） based on the model of AC electric traction control system for coal winning machine, namely the alternating current traction shearer.
