摘要
高校创业教育是以培养大学生的创业意识、提升大学生的创业能力为目标的高层次素质教育,是深化教育改革、提升大学生综合素质和就业质量的有效途径。我国高校的创业教育还处于起步阶段,而少数民族大学生作为高等教育对象的重要组成部分,其创业教育的相关研究更是凤毛麟角。因此,充分认识加强少数民族大学生创业教育的意义,深入思考创业教育的现状和问题,有针对性地提出加强少数民族大学生创业教育的对策建议,对于提升少数民族大学生的创业教育水平具有重要的作用。
Career-creation education at universities is a high-leveled quality education aimed at euhivating career-creation consciousness and improving career-creation ability of university students. It is an effective way to deepen educational reform and enhance comprehensive quality and employment quality of students. In our country, career-creation education is still in its initial stage at universities. Although ethnic minority university students constitute an important part of receivers of higher education, studies on their career-creation education are still very rare. Therefore, to enhance this education, the significance of the education should be fully understood, in-depth pondering on the problems should be made and countermeasures and suggestions should be put forward with pertinence.
