摘要
试验了氟橡胶品种、采用双酚硫化及过氧化物硫化体系,加入吸酸剂、补强剂等配合对氟橡胶混炼胶性能的影响。结果表明,选用氟橡胶Rem260与双酚硫化体系、吸酸体系、硅酸钙可制得-35℃低温、压缩永久变形低、综合物理性优异的混炼胶配合;选用过氧化物硫化的氟橡胶CGFLT可制得-45℃低温的混炼胶配合。
The effect of fluororubber varieties, adopting bisphenol and peroxide vulcanization system, adding acid absorption agent and reinforcing agent etc on the fluororubber mixing rubber properties. The results showed that adopting fluororubber Rem260 and bisphenol vulcanizing system, acid absorption system, and calcium silicate could obtain mixing rubber with-35 ℃ low temperature,low compression set, excellent comprehensive physical property; Fluororubber CGFLT adopted peroxide vulcanization system could obtain mixing rubber with-45 ℃ low temperature.
