基于DSP的全桥移相式煤矿用软开关电源研究

摘要 为实现煤矿监控系统的稳定性,减少瓦斯爆炸,温度、湿度失调等意外状况的可能性,提出一种基于DSP的全桥式煤矿监控系统软开关电源,主要利用DSP的PWM波的产生机制,使数字化电源的波形控制能力更为精确,并采用全桥移相式变换器,在选用同样的开关功率器件的条件下,可获得2倍于半桥电路的输出功率。仿真结果证明,该系统可在复杂的煤矿监控系统中运用,具有一定的实用性、安全性及经济性。 In order to realize the stability of monitoring and control system, also reduce gas explosion, temperature, and humidity disorders or the possibility of surprises for the purpose, puts forward a kind of soft switch power of bridge type mine monitoring system based on DSP. Mainly uses DSP for PWM waves of the generation mechanism, which makes the waveform control ability of digital power more accurate. On the other hand, the whole bridge type converter can get two times as much as the half bridge circuit output power at the same condition of choosing the same switch power units. The simulation results show that this system can be applied in the complex mine monitoring system, which is practical, safe and economic.
