摘要
实验室科技创新教学平台的搭建,不仅提高了学院实验资源的利用率,而且满足了学科交叉背景下宽口径专业教育的需要,延续了能力本位的教育模式,同时也为学生个性化发展提供平台。开放式实践教学的实施,不仅充分调动学生学习的主动性,而且做中学更能提升学生的实践能力。该文详细阐述了创新平台的内容,并从管理体制、师资队伍、保障体系等方面论述了创新平台运行的具体方法。
Structuring laboratory technological innovation teaching platform is not only to improve the utilization of institute experimental resources, satisfy the the wide caliber professional education needs in the context of interdisciplinary, continue competency-based education model, but also to achieve the individualized, personalized training target. Implementation of open practical teaching can not only fully mobilize the students' initiative, and develop the potential advantages of students, but also lay a good foundation for the students~ scientific spirit and innovative thinking, and strengthen the sense of teamwork. This article elaborates on the content of innovation platform, and discusses innovative platform running from the management system, faculty, and security system.
