鲍氏不动杆菌OXA碳青霉烯酶基因检测分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的对医院鲍氏不动杆菌进行OXA型碳青霉烯酶基因的筛查与检测,了解OXA基因的分布。方法收集医院2010年5-12月住院患者送检的各类标本1208份,使用VITEK-2Compact系统进行菌株鉴定和药敏试验,筛检出耐碳青霉烯类鲍氏不动杆菌20株,使用PCR技术检测blaOXA-23、blaOXA-24、blaOXA-51和blaOXA-58基因。结果 20株鲍氏不动杆菌以携带blaOXA-23基因为主,占100.0%,15株菌携带blaOXA-58基因,占75.0%,其中有15株菌同时携带blaOXA-23和blaOXA-58两种基因,未发现携带blaOXA-24和blaOXA-51基因的菌株。结论耐碳青霉烯类鲍氏不动杆菌携带OXA基因,其耐药机制可能与blaOXA-23有关。 OBJECTIVE To perform the screening and detection of the OXA carbapenemase genes in Acinctobacter baumannii so as to understand the distribution of the OXA gene. METHODS A total of 12C18 specimens were collected from the hospitalized patients from May to Dec 2010, then the identification o5 the strains and the drug susceptibility testing were performed with the use of VITEK-2 Compact system, totally 20 strains of carbapenem- resistant A. baumannii were screened out, and the PCR technique was employed to detect the blaOXA-23, blaOXA- 24,blaOXA- 51, and blaOXA- 58 genes. RESULTS All the 20 (100.0 %) strains of A. baumannii carried the blaOXA-23, 15 (75.0%) isolates carried blaOXA-58, 15 isolates carried both blaOXA-23 and blaOXA-58 at the same time, and no isolates carrying blaOXA-24 or blaOXA-51 were found. CONCLUSION The carbapenem- resistant A. baumannii isolates are detected to carry the OXA gene, and the mechanism of resistance to carbapenem antibiotics is probably related to blaOXA-23.
