摘要
斜槽是一种削弱永磁同步发电机齿槽转矩和电压谐波的有效方法。在理论分析的基础上,对定子分别为直槽、斜槽结构的两台450 W永磁同步风力发电机进行了MagNet有限元仿真和试验分析。重点研究了斜槽对永磁同步风力发电机齿槽转矩、电压波形以及效率的影响。仿真和试验结果验证了斜槽可以有效降低永磁同步风力发电机齿槽转矩和电压谐波。
Skew slot is an effective method to reduce the cogging torque and the harmonic of voltage of the permanent magnet synchronous generators (PMSGs). Based on theoretical analysis, MagNet finite element simulation and experiments of two 450 W PMSGs were implemented,which had straight and skew slot stator respectively. The effects of skew slot on the cogging torque,voltage waveform and efficiency of PMSGs were analyzed. The results of simulation and experiments prove that skew slot is effective on weakening cogging torque and reducing harmonic content of the voltage waveform of PMSGs.
